DEVR Tech built a dedicated CRM system for Nanyang Employment, Singapore’s maid agency sector. The platform centralises the management of employer and domestic helper profiles, streamlining case tracking, documentation, and placement workflows that were previously handled through manual records and spreadsheets.

Challenge
