What is a Prenap?

A Prenap is our term for an agreement between two individuals for both sexual consent and non- disclosure. It is derived from “prenup” or a “prenuptial agreement”, a legally binding agreement made by a couple before they marry concerning the ownership of their respective assets should the marriage fail.

Why use Prenap?

There are hundreds of sexual misconduct or sexual assault lawsuits filed everyday.
